IT Project & Team Lead (Jogja Branch)  

We are seeking an IT Project & Team Lead to be our pioneer team member in our new city branch: Jogja. This vital role will establish, manage, and lead a team of developers working on backend, frontend, API, Android, and web projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering IT projects within agreed timelines, coordinating the team, managing potential project risks, and driving the implementation of new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Establishment: As the first member in the new city, set up a competent IT team to support various projects and requirements of the organization. Heads up to recruit and interview the team member will be an authority of this role.
• Project Management: Manage and deliver IT projects, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic objectives and adhere to best practices.
• Team Coordination & Leadership: Effectively coordinate and lead the team of developers, ensuring roles, responsibilities, and expectations are clearly communicated and understood.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop, and implement risk mitigation strategies. Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot project obstacles.
• Technological Advancements: Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and practices. Implement these advancements to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Infrastructure Management: Optionally, recommend an IT infrastructure idea to ensure its optimal performance and cost.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of proven experience as a team lead or project manager in an IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of backend and frontend development, API, Android, and web technologies.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure management will be a plus.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Profound understanding of risk management and project management principles.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver projects on time.
