Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- The HR Assistant should have outstanding administrative and communication skills.
- He/She must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment.
- He/She should display remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of employee relationships, staffing management, and compensation and benefits administration.
Trình độ tối thiểu
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or any related courses.
2. At least 1 year of relevant experience.
3. With good written and verbal communication skills.
4. Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office.
5. Willing to work on-site in San Juan City (with company shuttle) from Monday to Saturday with compressed schedule.
Note: Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
