Finance Manager  

Summary of Responsibilities:

· Provide support on various finance and accounting functions including but not limited to, accounts payable & invoice processing, financial and regulatory reporting, reconciliation, and month-end close process.

· Provide oversight to financial and regulatory processes, including compilation, review and technical assistance

· Compile and advise on monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory and financial reports such as audited financial statement.

· Contribute to strong relationships through interactions with internal parties (offshore and onshore), clients and audit firm personnel.

· Establish and support department and individual goals, prepare performance evaluations, direct individual and group staff meetings.

· Write and / or review various reports related to engagements and prepare ad hoc reports for onshore stakeholders upon request.

· Able to resolve issues raised by onshore stakeholders and attend meetings and training to enhance knowledge to be passed down to reporting finance specialist.

· Coaching and performance management to junior members of the team.

· All day to day finance and accounting tasks.

· Coordination and cooperation with the Finance Director on requirements for onshore and offshore stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

· Accounting or Finance educational background

· 5-7 years accounting or finance experience

· 2-3 years people management and supervisory experience

· Solid experience in accounts payable, invoicing, financial reporting, and month-end close process

· Good English communication both oral and written

· Proficient in Microsoft Applications (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Power Query, Outlook, Teams) and ERP systems (e.g. Netsuite, Blackline, Cognos TM1 )

· Working experience in a BPO setup or with international companies

· Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS is a plus

· Background in Sportsbook industry a plus

· Attention to fine detail and ability to work in a fast paced working environment

· Willing to work on a shifting schedule

· Willing to work in Mckinley Hills, Taguig
