Selleri is a dropshipping platform for resellers throughout Indonesia. With Selleri, anyone can start selling online without capital and without stock. Selleri provides infrastructure that helps online traders to find quality products to sell on social media and marketplaces. With the Android application for resellers looking for free products and websites to make it easier for them to share products with buyers. We also provide a dashboard for suppliers to upload products and process orders.
Our focus is to provide a reliable platform for resellers to make transactions safely. We help thousands of resellers in Indonesia every day who want to sell online. From housewives, young millennials and anyone who wants to start selling, sellers have succeeded in providing additional sources of income. We are growing fast and are looking for a team that is innovative and wants to help the community grow.
Our vision is to be the #1 social commerce app in Indonesia. By helping resellers sell online and suppliers to get new selling channels, Selleri will become the largest social commerce application with billion dollars yearly revenue. Your mission as a member of the Selleri team is to build the infrastructure to monitor, grow and improve our system. Our team is very friendly, transparent and often hangout together.
Responsibilities :
Achieve sales target by managing 2 teams: Online community and Offline Community
A. Online Community
- Create, Develop, Execute and Manage the Strategic Plan for Online Community based on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Coordinate with marketing team to strategically acquire users in target areas
- Push Community team to grow user sales based on the following tiers: Beginner, Low, Medium, Top Users
- Analysis user pain points and hinderance of sales growth
- Report to management regarding problem, ideas and solutions
- Activate new and existing users to increase their sales
- Communicate with sales, marketing and community team for each campaign and product promotions
- Partnering with external community associations to host online training
- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback for improvement
B. Offline Community
- Create, Develop, Execute and Manage the Strategic Plan for Offline Community on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Acquire, manage and grow offline community Leaders
- Plan, generate leads and host offline events to recruit community leaders
- Partner with community associations in targeted areas to host offline activation of potential community leaders
- Conduct roadshow, training, events and other related activities to support the Selleri community
- Perform tracking and analysis to continually grow communities
- Map the most likely distribution area for new community leaders
- Create activity plan to onboard new leaders through activities with existing communities (Komunitas Ibu-Ibu, Komunitas Mahasiswa, dsb).
- Brainstorm with related team to hit the target User Acquisition achievement
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to create a new wave for targeted acquisition
Trình độ tối thiểu
Requirements :
- 5 years + experience in managing community team in Startup, brand, MLM, insurance, or companies who used communities
- Have network of community associations in Jawa barat
- 2 years+ experience of managing team of more than 5 people
- Sales and Marketing background
- Ability to compile monthly and weekly report regarding team and sales performance
- Great communicator and problem solver
- Team player and willingness to learn
