- Understand our stakeholders’ strategic goals, brand, and content needs.
- Assist in PR and Social Media Marketing campaigns by regularly promoting published content through various channels.
- Develop brand awareness and maintain good online reputation of the company across the web.
- Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate (have organic interactions with people in the community).
- Become a subject matter expert on cryptocurrency by reading up on trends and news related to bitcoin, cryptocurrency and peer to peer trading.
- Write engaging copy for digital channels that is on-brand and drives engaging customer experiences.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A background in Communications, Marketing or any relevant course in the Liberal Arts, Social Sciences or Business field
- 1-2 years of experience in social media, online forums, and mobile chat groups; chat support
- Background and interest in FinTech Industry, Trading, Exchanges Crypto, or Tech Startups
- A strong grasp of the English language
- Working in a fast-paced growing company with limited infrastructure
