Marketing Manager

Role Description:

• Manage and develop Paxful’s digital and social marketing strategy
• Build and manage a fast and growing marketing team in Manila (SEO, SEM, social, written/video content, community management, online reputation management)
• Collaborate the marketing departments activities with the efforts of other departments
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with the global marketing roadmap.
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns to reach user acquisition and conversion goals
• Overall responsibility of the brand management and corporate identity of Paxful in the.
• Preparing digital and traditional marketing campaigns for the whole continent.
• Monitor and regularly report on the effectiveness of Manila marketing efforts.
• Creating or overseeing the creation of a wide range of different marketing materials, copy, videos and creatives.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant shareholders and departments are kept informed of Manila marketing progress.
• Constantly monitor digital trends and competitors, identifying opportunities, and developing corresponding strategies in the blockchain space.

• You have substantial experience in digital marketing, SEO, and are social media savvy. 5-10 Years minimum experience is preferable.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English
• You should be comfortable with both white and gray hat marketing
• You are highly experienced in marketing on google, facebook, twitter, youtube, etc. and know the in and outs of how to maximize the use of these platforms.
• You have the ability to identify market trends and opportunities for business expansion in the global market.
• You are self-motivated, a rockstar project manager has good instincts, are resourceful, and have the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• You have experience building teams and understand the ins and outs of all marketing departments.
• You understand the power of Analytics and measure things correctly.
• Prior experience in the blockchain space and/or startup scene is a plus.
• Prior experience with Confluence and Jira is a big plus.
• You have led a team of +20 people before
