Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Crafting research plans and discussion guides, conducting end-user interviews, synthesizing and analyzing research feedback, and developing lean documentation
- Running usability tests to see how users interact with the current and prototype system
- Documenting customer journeys, top tasks and other deliverables that will support the design and development of the system
- Work closely within a multidisciplinary team, including engineer team and business team
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to realize human-centered designs
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree in reputable university
- 3 years+ experience as UX Researcher, in e-commerce or POS startup is a plus
- Understanding of UX research theory, including how to work with qualitative and quantitative data
- Proficient in a variety of UX research methods and tools, including rapid experimentation, prototyping, usability testing (remote and in-person), IDIs, ride-alongs, journey mapping, card sorting, prototyping, user interviews, usability testing, persona development
- Competent in usability testing methodologies, statistics, analysis and reporting
- Proven ability to lead investigative conversations and excellent verbal communication skills, as you present your research findings and the reasons behind your design decisions
- Comfort and experience in working in an Agile setting
- Enthusiasm for design and technology is important
