Job Responsibilities
- Perform installation, configuration and data collection of hardware, software and LAN-WAN
- Perform hardware, software and networking troubleshooting
- Perform the setup process of email, slack, laptop and cellphone
- Conducting On-boarding (handing over assets to new employees) and Off-boarding (returning assets from resigned employees)

Job Requirements
- Min. Diploma / Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related major
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same field
- Experienced in handling PC Troubleshooting both hardware, software and Networking
- 3CCNA, or MTCNA certification would be advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of IT environments and network equipment.
- Exceptional ability to work as part of a team, provide IT support, and resolve errors.
- Ability to keep up with advancements in IT infrastructure and technologies.
- Willingness to respond and work in emergency or after hours.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Managing IT assets including hardware and software procurement processes
- Willing to work at Sunter, North Jakarta
