Operations Manager  

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our cleaning operations to ensure efficient service delivery, adherence to quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and coordinate the scheduling of cleaning staff to ensure timely completion of tasks and optimal resource utilization.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate procurement as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are met or exceeded, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide training and support to cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage budgetary responsibilities, including cost control measures and expense monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Handle any issues or emergencies that arise, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Lead and motivate the cleaning team to achieve performance targets and deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role within the cleaning services industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
