Account Management

• Scout for possible clients and create presentation for the scouted clients.
• Acts as main contact of clients. Ensures that all client needs are managed and monitored that we deliver based on client's specification. Address and resolves issues raised in order to maintain high level of client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain positive relationship with clients through deep project/product knowledge and insightful immersion into their respective industries.
• Liaise between the client and internal teams or other internal vendors/suppliers to meet the needs of the clients.

Project Execution and Budget

• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions or projects according to client needs and objectives
• Manage the project expenses based on budget and or utilize the most cost saving but quality solutions to generate and increase profit
• Ensure timely submission of all requirements for billings (such as liquidations), and monitor status of receivables.

Support Tasks

• Act as a Media and Influencer Relations for clients.
• Seed press releases to media and create media reports.
• Coordinate with influencer and create influencer reports.
• Perform ADHOC duties that may be assigned from time to time.

• Bachelors Degree of Communications or Relevant
• With experience is required
• Strong analytical and planning skills
