- Responsible to handle Payment Acceptance domain
- Lead the ideation, research, design, development, iteration and launch of user-centric products
- Understand user needs and gather product requirements from all channels
- Define and analyze metrics that inform product success & health
- Drive product development with engineering, QA & design team to deliver product features with speed & quality
- Plan and manage multiple projects based on the level of urgency and importance of the projects
- Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization to understand and prioritize needs across use cases
- Build workflow and documentations to support the launch of a product
- Perform competitive research to identify product gaps as well as prioritize new innovation to differentiate the product
- Understand the payment landscape in Indonesia to find and iterate on relevant business model
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with APIs and how to operate them is an advantage
- Ability to communicate in English and Indonesia, via a verbal and written medium
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems
- Experience leading and shipping products/projects that require coordination of many stakeholders and cross functional teams
- Strong ownership and a whatever-it-takes approach to ensure that your product and team are successful
