Product Marketing Junior Manager B2X  

Job Description

• Responsible for activation and retention metrics
• Responsible for budget management for activation and retention funnel
• Design, prioritize, manage, and orchastrate end to end marketing initiative for Activation and Retention funnel
• Responsible to asses and pin point problem, problem solve, and execute that related to Activation and Retention funnel together with product, business, ops, and risk team
• Responsible for campaign promotion and non promotion that involve planning, brief and alignment with creative, brand activation, brand, product, BI, sales BD and AM, KYB/risk, and ops team to reach activation and retention target
• Manage product Go-to-Market for feature and product, with product manager and UX.
• Responsible for inbound partner onboarding including strategy, detailed planning, execute and orchestrate inbound partner onboarding
• Responsible to make strategy, design and implement cross selling and upselling strategy for inbound, together with AM and BD Inbound.
• Process and analyze data for activation and retention funnel, from behavioral, segmentation, personification, or initiative/campaign result and iterate from it.
• Marketing representative to Inbound, product, and AM team
• Working closely with research team as customer representative for voicing needs and pain point to internal stakeholders and marketing growth activities to get a better and contextual result

• At least 3-4 years working experience as marketing/brand/product marketing
• Proficient in verbal and written english
• Strong project management skill, able to work with multiple projects with different problems involving multiple stakeholders at one go
• Skill and understanding in product marketing/marketing communication/performance marketing/product
• Ability to pin point root cause from numerous problems, able to problem solve and agile enough to iterate and change strategy/plan based on findings
• Strong communication skill including storytelling capabilities, stakeholder management, and presentation
• Team player, able and experience in managing multiple and different types of stakeholders
• Data driven person, able to read, process, and analyze data
• Strong in project management and people management skill
• Have high sense of ownership, fast learner, proactive and problem solver
