Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Collaborate with Product Managers to design researches using methods such as user interviews, data analysis, and other methods
- Deep understanding of how to create usable, accessible, and modular designs that can scale
- Drive user-centricity on OY!’s Products line, and uncover the “voice of the customer” with regards to all upcoming and existing products
- Standardizing and improving OY's design system in order to improve the craft, scalability, reliability, and accessibility of the product
- Coaching other designers in their technical , communication and interpersonal skills
- Improving the team's work by asking and offering feedback to other product designers and cross-functional teammates
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 3+ years of work experience as a hands-on Product Designer for desktop and mobile (please attach your portfolio link!)
- Experience working with web or mobile based technologies using design and prototyping tools (such as Sketch, Balsamiq, or Figma)
- Fluency in Indonesian and English communications (both verbal and written)
- Posses a deep sense of accountability, adaptability, and embracing ambiguity working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced in managing team of designers across product verticals
- Experienced in partnering with product managers to develop the strategy and rationale for product development
