Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Provides primary assessment/quotation of hospital bill excluding/including professional fees of doctors to patients’ relatives prior to admission.
- Receives/accepts Reader’s fees coming from different units concerned.
- Provides updates on current bills of patients during confinement period.
- In case of discharge of patient:
- Coordinates with all units concerned regarding clearance of patient.
- Coordinates with Nurse Station regarding PF of Doctors who attended to the patient, credit memo slips, checklists and discharge slips.
- Coordinates with Philhealth Section if patient is qualified for deduction.
- Prepares final Statement of Account after deductions from Philhealth, Senior Citizen discounts, etc.
- Forwards Statement of Account to the Cashier for payment. In case of HMO patients, the SOA is forwarded to HMO Section for final billing.
- Performs any other function that may be assigned by immediate superior.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any four-year business course from reputable college of university.
- With good interpersonal relation skills, excellent customer relation skills, effective communication skills, team player, can work with set rules, policies and procedures, computer literate.
- At least 1 year experience in serving as Frontline Personnel in any service oriented company.
