Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

Create & monitor the policy/ procedures, job descriptions, and job grading are updated according to existing regulations & company need.
Manage performance management system which aligns with the organization’s vision, mission, & values and present the analysis reports periodically.
Develop & implement the effective organizational design/ structure, organization diagnostics, and organizational development intervention.
Develop competency-based HR management system and monitor its implementation.
Provide support to the Head of People & Culture as needed.

Trình độ tối thiểu

Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, Management, Social
3 years’ experience in organization development
Certified on Organization Development area
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Leadership, Collaborative, Integrity, Detail Oriented, Agile Skills
Good communication and presentation skills;
Performance Management System, Job Description, Job Analysis/ Evaluation, Workload Analysis, Policy & Procedure, Competence Based HRM
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, Google Suite, or related software
Excellent in writing skill.
