Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Run the accounting operations of the company, in line with internal / external regulations & principles
- Maintain the general ledger, including related systems
- Ensure availability of high quality accounting information (precise, timely, etc.)
- No audit adjustments at the end of the year.
- Together with CFO, manage the company’s invested assets in all respects (investment strategy definition, implementation of asset allocation etc).
- Support the financial management of the business by providing relevant information to management / other departments
- Management of OPEX
- Maintain good relationships with all business partners (OJK , banks, tax office, etc.)
- Management of accounting staff (mutual backup, education, performance mgt,…)
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor degree required (preferably in Finance, Business or Accounting)
- Work experience in equivalent role
- Analytical skills
- Detail orientation
- Financial modelling expertise
- Delegation of responsibility
- Microsoft Office Suite-advanced capability
- Problem solving skills (especially ability to formulate and sell recommendations).
