Duties/Responsibilities;
- Maintains the office, its fixtures and its premises clean and free from rubbish and dirt at all times, store all trash and garbage properly;
- Maintains the office and its premises free from disturbing, offensive and bad odors;
- Performs office related errands such as but not limited to bank deposit & withdrawal, payment of utility bills, mailing, photocopying of office related documents;
- Perform minor office repair & canvass materials for fixture replacement
- Purchase monthly pantry supplies
- Perform other related task that maybe assigned from time to time.

- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
