- Reports to the National Sales Director and assists the latter in the implementation of various sales related processes and activities for the achievement of the company’s objectives.
- Coordinates various communications and sales related activities/ processes such as circular memoranda, sales promos and incentives, inventories, marketing collaterals, accounts receivables i.e. commissions, of Broker Partners, among others
- Recruits and Orients new Broker Partners of projects, policies and house rules, procedures, benefits, supports and company’s expectation.
- ·Prepares various sales related reports required by Sales Management.
- Responsible for the accurate, timely and efficient delivery of various administrative tasks such as tripping vehicle requests, sample computation sheets, etc. in accordance with the prescribed company standards and policies.
- Actively participates and contributes to the development and accomplishment of company objectives.
- Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

- Preferably with experience in sales & marketing in the same industry
- With a positive mental attitude and people-oriented
- With people handling, leadership and negotiation skills
- With good presentation skills and must be able to do fieldwork
- Highly motivated, flexible and results-oriented
