Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Design and ensure that the work created is visually effective.
- Produce compelling visual design deliverables (Infographics, Image Post Graphics etc.) as specified by the project within a specified time frame
- Transform, improve, and present data and concepts into beautifully crafted infographics that can be tested for usability and quality.
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with project team members through engaging activities
- Review creative briefs and project requirements with the Lead Designer to ensure a thorough and complete understanding of assigned projects and tasks
- Regularly consult with the Lead/ Senior Designer to ensure design deliverables are ready for delivery
- Work through design problems and develop solutions.
- Document design decisions and formulate improvements
- Ensure the quality of output for creative work while meeting project timelines.
- Train/ educate team members as needed
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 1-2 years of proven Graphic Design experience
- Strong knowledge of these software (Canva, Photoshop or other visual design tools)
- Expert understanding of Graphic Design best practices and design principles
- Organised, detail-oriented, multi-tasker, and self-motivated
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strict attention to detail and adherence to project deadlines in an agency setting
- Excellent English verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with an open-mindedness, curiosity, and a willingness to accept feedback
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust plans rapidly if needed
- Strong understanding of current industry trends with the ability to adapt to new technologies
- A willingness to jump in and help others
- Brings passion, positivity, energy, and enthusiasm to the team
