Finance Specialist (CPA)  

The Key Job Elements Include:

• Maintain and close books of account for internal company and overseas clientele in the U.S.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), industry practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare budget and cost reports for management while ensuring accuracy/timeliness of delivery of the books and accounting records
• Design, develop and maintain internal metrics for improved business management
• Ensure that a company's internal controls and policies are functional and adequate, and that they comply with regulatory rules

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Equivalent
• Preferred U.S. CPA, but not required
• Proficiency/Training in XERO
• Knowledge/Experience with accounting rules in U.S. and Philippines
• At least 3 years of experience in U.S. book keeping
• Keen, diligent and knowledgeable on handling accounts/records
• Must be fluent in English (strong verbal and written skills)
• Competent in Microsoft Excel
• Variable working hours
