Support Analyst | Day Shift  

We are looking for a Support Analyst who will be responsible for various backoffice support functions dealing with commission recovery and reconciliation services for client travel companies.

A support analyst's function includes:

• Input of accurate and updated payment registration into the system for client travel agents
• Correspond and process email support requests to facilitate commission status/claims for client travel agents
• Initiate voice follow-ups whenever necessary to recover outstanding commission claims for client travel agents

Overall tasks include every aspect of capturing, reconciling, tracking and accounting for commission owed from any hotel on behalf of client travel agencies, all over the world.

• A Bachelor's degree of any course
• At least 1 year continuous working experience preferably but not limited to customer service / back office oriented background earned from BPO, Travel & Hotel reservations as well as Credit & Collections
• Proficient communication skills, foreign language is an advantage
• High level of clerical aptitude and accuracy with keen attention to details
• Decisive with excellent comprehension and analytical skills on basic and complex issues surrounding work processes
• Goal oriented and comfortable working with a team
• Adaptable to a multi-tasked work environment
• Computer savvy with keyboard skills of no less than 40 wpm
