- Selection, coordination and layout of vehicle maintenance equipment as a part of assisting architects and engineers in the design of maintenance facilities
- Facility programming, report writing, site master planning, modifying specifications and construction document development
- Construction field investigations and shop drawing review
- Develops and maintains internal standards for facilities; oversees selection and provision of furnishings, fixtures, and equipment.
- Administers operational budget in support of planning and construction activities.
- Provides managerial direction and control of departmental activities; plans, directs, and reviews the activities and operations of the department; provides leadership and supervises directly and through subordinate supervisors all department staff
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Robust interpersonal skills and professional demeanor appropriate for interacting with clients, other design professionals and colleagues, often in multiple time zones
- Ability to use Revit (2011 or newer) and AutoCAD
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills in order to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously
