Chief Engineer | Director for Engineering | Panglao, Bohol  

Must be knowledgeable with all One-Of Collection properties, including all local Operational Standards and ensure they are followed. He/she must accomplish responsibilities and goals as outlined below:

• Organization of engineering administration.
• Preventive Maintenance & Repair
• Co-ordination with OOC Corporate Headquarter.
• Handling and management and sufficient storage of machinery & equipment.
• Safety & Fire Maintenance and/ or Compliance

• Preferably Graduates of Mechanical Engineering and other related Engineering Courses,
• Licensed Professional/ Mechanical Engineering
• Preferably with a solid background, minimum of 5years in Hospitality Industry & Resort Operations
• Knowledgeable in Environmental, Health & Safety Regulation & Government Compliance/ Implementation
• With strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
