Job Description:
HDSI Sales is looking for a qualified Sales Admin Officer to join our sales team and help us WIN new accounts. The Sales Admin Officer will serve as the back end support for HDSI Sales Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of initial and final Proposal for (Flexicare,ECU,Clinic based APE/On site APE,PEME,Vaccinations & etc.) for the clients.
- Assist in preparation of customized quotations for all the services
- Assist in preparation of contracts/conforme and assist to seek approval from the signatories and from legal for any changes.
- Prepare documents for bidding and contracts
- Answer emails/sales inquiries from Flexicare and HealthFirst's website.
- Assist in filing and collating of sales contracts
- Facilitates the completion of endorsement when closing accounts
- Excellent written communication skills
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets (sales pipeline)

Qualifications and Skills:
- Goal-oriented and has deep knowledge in contracts preparation, documentation and customer service.
- Well versed in MS word, MS Excel &Microsoft Power point
- Team player: able to work under pressure
- Must be able to work independently
- Preferably with a medical field experience but not required
- Adaptable / Quick learner
