Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Prepare and consolidate documents for business registration submission.
- Conduct research on different types of business registration and associated process, obtain available literatures and articles as reference to any update and changes in the requirements and procedures.
- Support the team in preparing documents, flowcharts and presentation materials.
- Ensure proper filing of business registration records, materials and literatures.
- Maintain and update contact information of public and private partners and assist in arranging appointment and follow-up as necessary.
- Liaise with other department for required information and requirements of clients for business registration for research and publication.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of a Bachelor Degree major in Business Administration or related course.
- Proficient skills in MS Office Application
- Good communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
