HR Manager  

We are looking for an experienced HR MANAGER to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices. The successful candidate will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

• Recruitment, Staffing and Retention including staffing planning, job posting and advertisement, screening and interview, and preparation of employment contracts, among others.
• Employee and Company Engagement including onboarding of new employees, planning of HR events and employees engagement activities, and HR communications of updates from company updates and government related agencies.
• Compensation and benefits administration including timekeeping and leave monitoring, employee benefits and performance appraisals and management of government compliances, among others.
• Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns including management ang government compliances.
• Employee relations including implementing of policies and acttivities to increase employee motivation and morale, facilitating employee relations and resolution of human resource issues on behalf of the company.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, plans and procedures accross the organization.
• Report to management and provide desicion support through HR metrics.
• Performs other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

• Must be a graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, or related courses.
• With at least two (2) years of work experience as an HR Manager or five (5) years as an HR Supervisor preferably in BPO Company.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to execute plan and strategy along with leadership skills.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• In-depth knowledge and experience of labor law and HR best practices.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
• Systematic and organized in filing documents, modules, and other training materials.
• Must be willing to work and travel to Ortigas Centre, Pasig City.
