E-Commerce Supervisor  

The E-Commerce Supervisor is responsible for managing the electronic commerce operations of the Company, which includes the management of online marketplaces and website order operations, logistics and order coordination, online product inventory, and coordination with digital marketing and customer support operations.

Order and Logistics Management

• Overseeing and management of the extraction of orders from the website and online marketplaces
• Maintenance of a shared online Delivery Worksheet, which includes the following:
  • Proper segregation of orders by shipping method on the shared worksheet; and
  • Ensuring that all order details are correct and complete before uploading to the worksheets
• Responsibility for all order edits and ensuring that changes are aligned and updated online (from website/online store to shared worksheets)
• Taking the lead to make sure that all processed orders are delivered on time
• Conduct of payment verification or bank deposits/transfers and creation of consolidated daily report
• Coordination with customer service support, warehouse operations, courier partners, and customers
• Preparation of routing sheet and provincial order monitoring

Online Inventory Management

• Strategic management of inventory across all online/e-commerce portals (website and marketplaces), particularly during big sales and promos
• Ensuring that all product details uploaded on website and marketplaces are correct
• Uploading of new products or updating of existing items, as needed
• Making the necessary adjustments on online inventory that are affected by order edits, freebies, coupons, etc.
• Coordination with Audit and Warehouse Operations teams for stock replenishment, with approval of Management

• College degree in general business management, accounting and finance, or related fields
• Experience in E-Commerce Operations Management for at least 3 years
• Familiarity with E-Commerce Platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Wordpress, WooCommerce, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other office spreadsheet softwares (e.g., Google Sheets, etc.)
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced industry
