Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Maintain up-to-date billing system
- Generate and send out invoices
- Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
- Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- Perform account reconciliations and monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records and follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Self motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with people of all levels
- Meticulous and able to prioritize work assignments
- Able to handle high volume transactions in a complex environment
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Excel
