Recruitment and Staffing:
- Coordinate and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, recomend recruit for hiring.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct background checks, reference checks, and employment verifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Facilitate new employee onboarding, including orientation programs, paperwork completion, and benefits enrollment.
- Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and update HRIS (Human Resources Information System) databases.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Address employee concerns and grievances, conducting investigations as necessary.
- Promote positive employee relations and a healthy work environment.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
- Assist in identifying training and development needs to enhance employee performance.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Enforce company policies, compose and issue warnings and memos to concerned employees.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Assist in administering compensation and government benefits.

Education:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is often preferred.
Knowledge of HR Principles:
- A solid understanding of human resources principles, practices, and employment laws. Knowledge of areas such as recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and DOLE compliance.
Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for HR professionals as they frequently interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders. This includes the ability to effectively convey information, actively listen, and handle sensitive or confidential matters with tact and professionalism.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Work closely with employees at all levels of the organization. Should possess strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport, maintain confidentiality, resolve conflicts, and handle difficult conversations.
Problem-Solving Abilities:
- Addressing various workplace issues and challenges. Employers look for candidates who can analyze problems, think critically, and propose effective solutions
