Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Coordinates with the project team to discuss project specifics and determine the systems impacted and if it can be supported by the existing configurable business capabilities or it requires the development of new capability.
- Serves as a mediator between business and technical teams and assists the project team in the process of data gathering and analysis.
- Creates a technical documentation
- Conducts analysis and reviews the test plan provided by the Test Analyst.
- Identifies and escalates risk issues affecting the project and recommends possible solutions.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in any IT field.
- With at least 6-months experience as business analyst/ system analyst
- Experience in business or systems requirements scoping, documentation, and assessment.
- Experience in Telecom industry is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to undergo a project-based employment with 3 to 6 months initial contract which is renewable and there is a possibility of absorption.
- Willing to work in Makati
