- Maintain files, including filing of general ledger journal vouchers, accounts payable documentation, and other miscellaneous filings
- Types a variety of documents, reports, and records
- Keys daily worksheets to the general ledger system
- Assists accounting department personnel as needed
- Keeps management informed of the area and of any significant problems
- Completes special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required
- Audit daily sales reports submitted by Operations Head/Supervisors
- Discuss report results with Operations Head/Supervisor
- Assist with accounts payable and prepare checks
- Assist with payroll preparation

- Female
- Preferably graduate of BS Accountancy
- At least six (6) months Accounting/Bookkeeping experience
- Must be highly analytical, organized and keen in details
- With strong organizational skills and can work under
- Has the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
- Willing to handle multi-tasking functions and render overtime
- Familiar in all BIR & Government’s Regulations
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications
- Meticulous, detailed, well organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines
- Must demonstrate the skills, team building skills, basic counseling skills, effective written and verbal communication

Company Profile
XTI Fuel Station is the holding company for XTI Shell Munoz, Balintawak and Mindanao Avenue. The first branch operated was in Munoz which was registered with the Department of Trade and Industry on January 29, 1999 and started its operation on March 12, 1999. Fortunately because of the growing demand and volume, it expanded into three stations. Mindanao Station started to operate in February 16, 2009 and Balintawak Station was established in July 10, 2009. XTI Fuel Station is a recipient of two Global Shell gold Retailer Awards in 2008 held at Istanbul, Turkey and in 2011 held in Rome, Italy. It was also a finalist in 2012’s Global Shell Gold Retailers. It also received social recognition for 2012 MMP Metro Manila Pinnacle Awards. Other awards received: 2012 HSE Recognition award, 2009 Helix champion, The Convenience Retailing Team ARNOC 1222 100% in SCRA Audit and The Convenience Retailing Team ARNOC 1033 100% in SCRA Audit.
