- Interfaces with the various units of AMTI and principal vendor with the purpose of maximizing the value of products by coordinating product offerings with an understanding of market needs.
- Develop and implement business to business marketing strategy and tactics based on Market Intelligence.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders (e.g. sales funnel, business plans, marketing activities, etc).
- Conduct, gather and interpret market, customer and competitor research to identify, explore and capitalize on industry and competitive trends
- Analyze proposed products and services to calculate ideal market pricing and maximize profits
- Responsible for all areas of market development, public relations, advertising and promotions in partnership with the Marketing Group.
- Coordinate with Customer Support Group with regards to all after sales support issues and ensure prompt response and resolution to problems encountered.
- Ensures proper inventory management and product competency in the market.
- Facilitate tracking of CLAIMS and follow up the release of Credit Notes from Principal for special discounts (on demo units and big deal projects) and Marketing Fund reimbursements.
- Facilitation and supervision of training certifications and product updates of Sales
- Executives, PreSales Consultants and Post Sales engineers.
- Assists Sales Executives and supervisors in joint client call with end users.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of any engineering related or business/marketing course
- Minimum of 5 yrs experience in Sales and/or Pre Sales in an IT/SI company
- Has general understanding and know how of basic IT Infrastructure, design and implementation
- Has very good command in English both oral and written
