Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

Reporting to the Client Service Manager, the Client Service Executive will be responsible to maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profile as well as apply knowledge on research techniques and applications to be shared with senior management. He/She will collaborate with various business units to obtain the data needed for analysis and presentation to the Client or Business Unit Head.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-office research, administrative and operational support to senior staff.
  • Integrate multiple data sources to answer business issues.
  • Perform quality checks on all reports for accuracy and correctness.
  • Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility.
  • Maintain a client service orientation by managing day-to-day administration of client service and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of Market Research, Statistics, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-3 years of working experience
  • Working knowledge in the following areas: research techniques & methodologies, statistics, quantitative and qualitative analysis, client servicing, sales & marketing, trade/retail/branding marketing
  • Fast learner with high attention to detail
  • Analytical and logical
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly engaging during discussions and presentations
  • Preferably with Project Management exposure
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
