Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Manage day-to-day activities related with raw materials and packaging receiving, keeping, transferring, replenishing stock to pre-weighing room and bulk picking
- Plan storage location for day-to-day raw materials stock level (Working with raw material planning to select location for storage)
- Maintain appropriate stock level of raw material and packaging (Working with raw material Planning and agree upon weekly maximum stock level)
- Monitor stock aging, status of raw material, WIP and packaging (Working with raw material Planning by maintaining most accurate and real-time stock in system)
- Review day-to-day activities of worker (Tracking user’s transaction from BME Mobile) for both shift to meet target efficiency level for each task
- Monitor stock aging, status of FG (Working with Production Planning by maintaining most accurate and real-time stock in system)
- Manage Over-run, obsolete and none move of FG stock. Working with production planning and QC and agree upon appropriate action for these types of stock to maintaining low risk of quality or pest infestation on a monthly basis
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or its equivalent Business course
- With at least 5 years experience in a supervisory role handling Warehouse and Logistics
- Has experience in delivering results in a cross-functional environment
- With excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- With strong IT knowledge and skills including advanced Excel skills and ERP
- Computer Proficient (MS Applications)
