- Performing day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, and recording of Accounts Payable.
- Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and statement.
- Review and processing of expense reports and petty cash replenishments.
- Other tasks assigned from time-to-time.

- Graduate of business-related course preferable Accounting or Finance.
- With understanding of Basic Bookkeeping.
- High degree of accuracy and keen to details.
- Accurately entering financial data into accounting software and maintaining financial records.
- Gathering and analyzing financial data to identify trends and support informed decision-making.
