Technical Architect  

• The Technical architect executes document control activities and deliverables complying with Newcore and client Design standards, project-specific requrements, and needs from both internal and external customers.

Types of Project Documents may include:

• Permit drawings
• Construction drawings
• Material reference
• Project specifications
• Schematic drawings
• Perspectives
• Design details
• And other deliverables of similar nature

Responsibilities:

• Ensures timely and effective management and delivery of designs and plans to ensure project goals, objectives and clients are being satisfied.
• Attend team meetings provide updates during the team's daily reporting
• Quality check technical drawings from the engineering team for integrity to the design intent
• Provide technical support to the creative and FF&E teams when needed
• Work closely with technical team answering queries and requests for information
• Provide site support for the creative team when needed.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Architecture or interior design graduate preferably with PRC license
• Strong technical presence, superior oral and written communication skills required.
• Superior attention to detail, capable of organizing and executing multiple projects.
• Able to communicate well with internal and external clients
• Able to delegate tasks to teams and communicates with them; plus, able to train employees.
• Clear communication skills, able to carry out messages to clients and maintain order among SSG design group.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• High level understanding of the design to construction progress
