- Supervises Sales Associates
- Ensures that Store Target is met on a monthly basis
- Mentors, counsels and discipline staff if needs arises
- Ensure products are clean and ready displayed
- Maintains invenoty and ensures items are in stock
- MOnitor local competitors
- Effectively handle customer complaints, issues and questions

- Can do multi-tasking and can work under pressure and willing to do overtime if needed
