- Act as interface between client, business and IT team
- Gather, analyze and clarify requirements
- Document process, activities and information requirements, and be able to present said requirements
- Create or review functional /technical design documentation to ensure the accurate development of e-banking/remittance solutions
- Perform process mapping and optimization analysis
- Provide cost/time estimates and constructing business cases
- Perform gap and business impact analyses for the implementation of new or modified system
- Construct, conduct or coordinate tests to ensure that system functionality is consistent/compliant with defined needs or requirements.
- Trace the requirements during implementation phase
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Must have experience in the analysis, design or implementation of e-banking or remittance systems
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Have strong business analysis, systems analysis, database design and data processing skillsets
- Must have good working knowledge and experience in using the following technologies : VB.Net, ASP.NET or C#, JAVA
- Must possess a good working knowledge in relational database management system concepts, technologies and methods
- A good understanding in object-oriented programming/design and exposure to full SDLC (and Agile) methodology is an advantage
- Familiar with project management methodologies
- Proficient in flowcharting tools or/and data modeling tools
- Proficient on gathering and documenting business requirements
- Strong knowledge of banking and remittance systems is preferred
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role
- Ability to conduct, steer and present in business/functional workshops
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible
