Company Nurse - Roving  

As a Company Nurse you ensure the safety, wellness and health of all employees in collaboration with Company Physicians in the organization.

Your Responsibilites will include:

• Conducts regular visits in Metro Manila stores to check employees' safety and health conditions.
• Assists the Company Physicians regarding evaluation of medical diagnosis or result.
• Assists the Company Physicians in assessing employee's health status in a timely and efficient manner before and after a confirmed illness, disease or injury to ensure capacity to perform the job.
• Timely and efficient administration of first aid care or treatment to a sick or injured employee during emegency cases at the work place level.
• Ensures timely and accurate dispensation of standard emergency medicines or vitamins to all employees.
• Conducts home visits as advised for absent employees.
• Maintains health and medical records of all employees.
• Assist all injured employees to the nearest hospital
• Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit "fit to work" certificate
• Interpret and evaluate diagnostic test based on the verification of medical certificates
• Generate medical reimbursement report every month
• Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies twice a month
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that maybe assign from time to time

• With a Bachelor's Degree or Licensed in Nursing.
• Less than 2 years of related experience, job specific knowledge can be learned in months.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports and correspondence.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, critical thinking.
• Advance knowledge in public safety and industrial health standards.
• Willing to rove around Quezon City branches area.
