Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
The Operations Supervisor is in charge of the following daily business operations, online bookings and customer concerns (all of but not limited to the following):
- All tasks related to the operations of the branch assigned to you
- Supervision of all game keepers in the branch
- Monitor inventory, cash flow, and other company assets in the branch
- Attend to day to day operation concerns of the customers, colleagues, gks, and owners
- Regular interaction with customers to get a view of the customer experience
- Monitor customer feedback and act on items that need improvement
- Submit daily reports
- Come up with proposals to improve the system, sales, and operations
- Take charge in monitoring pending reservations, booked transactions, and team buildings for the branch
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Can work under time pressure and with minimal supervision
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
- Required Skills: Communicates Well, Very Organized, Computer Literate, Good in Cash Handling, Good in Dealing with Customers.
- Required Languages: English, FIlipino
- At least 1 year working experience in a related field or function, preferably with Customer Service experience
- 3 full time positions available
- May be assigned to any of our branches in Makati, Ortigas or Libis
