Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Lead overall product management and UI/UX design team across GCash channels (App, Web, Messenger etc.).
- Drive key prioritization framework driven by a business strategy to lay down proper product roadmap for critical channels.
- Lead product and design sessions among cross-functional teams to advocate good design, experience, and roadmap of new features.
Trình độ tối thiểu
Skills:
- Deeply familiar with user-centric design principles, methods, and the process.
- Professional in Sketch and InVision.
- A good command of design tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
- Hands-on experience with measuring and continuously improving the User Experience of software products (A/B testing frameworks).
- Able to translate research insights or new ideas into a tangible user.
- Experience prototypes and to craft interaction models, screen designs and finely-grained details of user interactions.
- Minimum 5-7 years working experience in UX/UI design in an established, app-driven tech company having delivered various design/experience solutions with a deep understanding of business objectives and strategy.
