- He/she will be the single point of contact to resolve language specific queries.
- Working closely with Vendors/Customers via email & phone to resolve their queries inJapanese Language. Maintain Accuracy levels of above 98 % on areas of work
- Able to meet the productivity target setCredits and Returns research
- Quality check for invoices matched
- Collecting and analyzing quantitative data and trends.
- Working with the functional leaders and other internal groups to build scalable processes.
- Perform other duties as requiredMust be N1 or N2 Japanese speaker
- Filipino Non-Native Japanese are welcome to apply

Requirments:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Knowledge of Oracle Financials is preferredExcellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Normal Office Environment
- Work in shifting schedules including night shiftWork during Holidays as may be required by the Company
