- Leads recruitment for Plant Operations positions, ensures timely deployment of manpower resource to support the plant operations.
- Partners with Operations Team in building Technical and Behavioral capability especially of new hires and its employees.
- Links with external partners like schools, PESO and other hiring platforms to ensure pool of talents.
- Responsible for the improvement of processes and HR internal systems
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A Bachelor's Degree holder, preferably in Psychology, or Human Resource Management
- Strong analytical and planning skills; Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in Recruitment is an advantage
- Willing to be assigned in Malvar Batangas
