Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

Countersales, categorizes them geographically and coordinates deliveries with the Coordinator – Parts Shipping in order to ensure completeness, accuracy and on-time delivery of parts.
Records all shipping lists and monitors them to ensure timely fulfillment of all requirements answering inquiries and follow-ups especially on pending documents under Warehouse.
Makes himself/herself well adept with Contamination Control Guidelines, and ensures its full implementation within Warehouse by regularly conducting self-audit to support programs of PODS Manager and Parts Warehouse Supervisor.

Trình độ tối thiểu

Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills
Graduate of BS Management or BS Computer Science
With at least one (1) year experience in Supply Chain Management (Warehousing, Logistics or Inventory Management).
With specific knowledge on Supply Chain Management
With good coomunication skills and customer orientation
