Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
Assists customers in selecting and sizing the right equipment through CAT softwares and on the job and off the job cost studies and conducts product presentation and end user training within company policies and procedures with the objective of providing full support to customers on the proper usage of equipment. .
Job Summary:
- Conducts on-site visit and machine turnover to customers in order to train end users on safety, contamination control, warranty coverage, and proper operation and care of equipment.
- Gathers and consolidates Sales Pipeline and transactional reports of Machines Group in order to monitor sales performance in terms of Sales and Gross Profit.
- Coordinates and provides assistance to Sales Group on sales presentations, production studies, machine value analysis, etc. in order to assist in value selling.
- Encodes configuration in Dealer Business System (DBS) in order to place order in the system.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any Engineering Course.
- Preferably Electrical Engineer.
- Strong analytical & planning skills, good communication & presentation skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
