Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

You will:

Deliver best-in-class product support service to Moka customers
Be the bridge between customer service and product team
Keep up-to-date on Moka's product offerings and the latest technology in order to provide relevant solutions to help our customers
Communicate customer experience and feedback to product and business development team
Maintain high customer satisfaction by meeting strict KPI (Key Performance Index) set by management
Handle bug escalation and work with PM to solve it and improve our moka products

Trình độ tối thiểu

You have:

1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in solving difficult technical issues
IT / Engineering background is a Must
Experience in customer service is a plus.
Product savvy and can quickly learn new technologies (especially new internal tools).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent soft skill for interaction with various parties
