Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Respond to and resolve user queries through chat, email and social media quickly and effectively
- Escalate critical support issues to the appropriate internal channel
- Help develop the user support by sharing knowledge, experimenting with new innovations and discussing best practices
- Organize market research and perform research analysis on specific issues
- Assist in the coordination of marketing activities and projects
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Preferably 1-4 years of working experience in the related field
- Fresh graduates are always welcome to apply!
- Knowledge and experience in customer support is a strong plus
Required Skills
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- Must be detail oriented, organized, and can manage multiple tasks
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
- Possess strong problem-solving skills
- Can stay long and grow with the company
- Work is office based.
