- Maintain a positive community reputation
- Drive stronger adoption of the MPL product by better understanding user needs and developing outreach programs that will educate and engage the community
- Monitor and report community activity on all channels (mainly Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube)
- Develop and maintain a strong feedback loop between the MPL user community and the Product and Marketing teams
- Plan and coordinate programs that will help promote new features and in-app events
- Conduct surveys, research, and feedback from the community on issues significantly impacting the experience.
- Assist with the strategy for moderation of official channels such as the forums, social media, and/or websites.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a GPA > 3.5 from a scale of 4.0
- Minimum 3 years experience in managing communities online and offline
- Excellent handle of social media operations
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required (written and spoken) with strong communication skills
