Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Support in the development of new customer client database for chemical products through the distributor's network.
- Liaise with head office to identify priority companies.
- Schedule exploratory meetings with prospective clients and conduct presentation of products.
- Conducts market research through import statistics etc., checks business opportunities thru cold calls & meetings; obtain price, market movement, and other data to facilitate sale.
- Research new leads through import statistics, visiting conventions and events; collect contact information; set meetings and discuss possibilities of business relationships.
- Assist in negotiations with clients.
- Provide up-to-date market information to suppliers/ clients.
- Monitor payments, shipment and inventory to ensure documents and payments are processed on time; take action and follow-up as necessary.
- Prepares the minutes of the meeting with clients and visiting affiliates for presentation of the concerned parties.
- Encodes and updates the GBS/SAP systems for sales including inventory management, payment & collection.
- Prepares regular business report for update to managers on existing accounts and for possible issues in order to provide timely and accurate information.
- Deliver administrative support such as meeting arrangements, hotel reservations, and flight bookings with relation to client relationship building.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry/Sales & Marketing/Business/ Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3-4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge in Import/Export transactions & Incoterms.
