Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- To handle the purchasing of CAPEX and MRO PO's of the Cabuyao Food Manufacturing plant.
- Procure materials at competitive cost consistent with quality and delivery requirements.
- Perform administrative activities related to the importation of materials from a global manufacturer.
- Manages outstanding purchase order balances and issues new purchase orders based on approved allocation and price per supplier. Includes all common materials for use by a new product.
- Solicits price quotations (including freight) and carefully analyze price offers.
- Prepares, issues, and routes procurement documents to proper signatories.
- Monitors supplier reliability performance and takes action as needed to improve or maintain the efficiency of manufacturing processes.
- Assists superior in budget preparation, supply planning, and situation analysis, and supplier performance evaluation.
- Resolves inventory discrepancies, supplier payment issues, and grievances and claims against suppliers.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Experience from Food Manufacturing companies.
- Degree in Engineering or related courses.
- Knowledgeable on procurement operations, with at least three (3) years hands-on experience in buying.
- Knowledgeable on basic production/ manufacturing process.
- Knowledgeable on customs regulations and procedures, with at least three (3) years’ experience.
